Job summary

BJAK is seeking a Senior Recruiter (Corporate Functions) to lead hiring across Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Legal, Strategy, CEO Office, and other global corporate functions. You will partner closely with business leaders to attract high-impact talent, drive hiring strategy, and build a scalable Talent Acquisition function.

You will mentor junior recruiters, establish recruiting best practices, and manage senior, niche, and confidential roles across multiple regions, while

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of full-cycle recruitment across multiple business and corporate functions
• Proven success recruiting for Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Legal, Strategy, CEO Office and other key roles
• Ability to hire senior and difficult-to-fill positions across multiple markets
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, talent mapping and referrals
• Experience juggling multiple high-priority requisitions with quality and speed
• Strong stakeholder management to influence hiring decisions
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on hiring strategy and workforce planning
• Mentoring/junior recruiters is highly preferred
• Familiarity with global hiring practices and compensation structures
• Strong ATS proficiency and recruitment analytics
• Excellent communication, project management and relationship-building skills
• Experience in high-growth technology companies, startups, or fast-scaling orgs

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for business and corporate functions globally
• Partner with hiring managers to define priorities, roles, and workforce plans
• Provide market intelligence, compensation insights and hiring recommendations
• Lead recruitment for senior, niche and confidential roles across regions
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top passive candidates
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs
• Conduct talent mapping across target companies/markets
• Mentor and support junior recruiters; establish best practices
• Review recruitment performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support the development and scaling of the global Talent Acquisition team
• Maintain ATS data, candidate records and recruitment reporting
• Ensure a professional candidate experience and compliance with local regulations
