Job summary

Advantest is seeking a Project Manager to support semiconductor equipment projects in Singapore. You will coordinate across US, Singapore, and Taiwan teams, manage OSAT status, and interface with Design House customers to deliver technical solutions.

The role requires 1–3 years in semiconductor project management, engineering degree, and fluency in English and Mandarin. Cleanroom experience and willingness to travel are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project management experience in semiconductors.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Software Engineering.
• Strong communication in English and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel domestically on short notice.
• Comfortable working in cleanrooms and coordinating time-zone-specific meetings.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional integration skills.

Responsibilities

• Global coordination between US HQ and Singapore teams, including Taiwan.
• OSAT management: oversee equipment consignment and production status.
• Lead meetings with Design House customers to gather requirements and provide solutions.
• Assist with on-site validation and hands-on work in cleanrooms when required.
• Daily reporting via sync calls with US team to update status.
• Support short-notice domestic travel for project needs.
