Job summary

Mercantile Pacific Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a Manager, Sales Operations & Logistics to lead end-to-end logistics for Apple’s new-device distribution from a Singapore hub. You will own the order-to-dispatch cycle, manage freight, warehouse operations and performance dashboards, and coordinate with distributors and OEM counterparts.

The role requires 6–8 years in distribution/supply chain, strong Incoterms and warehouse experience, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of progressive experience across distribution, supply chain or logistics operations.
• Demonstrated ownership of multi-country outbound distribution — experience in South Asia, Central Asia or Indochina is a strong plus
• Strong working knowledge of Incoterms, air/sea freight, customs documentation, HS classification and destination clearance
• Hands-on warehouse oversight including cycle counting and serial/IMEI tracking in a secure, high-value environment

Responsibilities

• Own the order-to-dispatch cycle for distributor markets; manage SKU master, price lists, market allocation, weekly S&OP, and distributor interface on ETAs and documentation.
• Manage inbound and outbound freight; select and manage forwarders/3PLs across air, sea and road; maintain shipping calendar, export docs, and customs coordination.
• Coordinate with warehouse team on receiving, put-away, cycle counts, pick-pack and dispatch; ensure inventory accuracy and adherence to Apple handling standards.
• Oversee relationships with Apple’s supply chain and logistics partners, freight forwarders, brokers, insurers and 3PLs; drive annual tenders and SLA tracking.
• Ensure export controls, incoterms discipline and sanctions screening; maintain SOPs and audit readiness; manage cargo insurance and claims; produce dashboards (OTIF, freight cost/unit) for leadership
