Job summary

Apple in Singapore is seeking an experienced logistics professional to manage global rollout projects, optimize costs, and ensure compliance with incoterms and internal standards. You will develop and enforce standards, lead vendor onboarding, and drive performance reviews across carriers and warehouses, with travel up to 25%.

The role covers process development, cost control, analytics, and systems like WMS/TMS/ITL, interfacing with internal teams such as Global Trade Compliance and Finance.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication, organizational, cross-functional and analytical skills.
• Strong project management experience required.
• BS/BA in supply chain, logistics or related field plus relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage global logistic roll outs to meet project schedule and cost targets.
• Publish, maintain and enforce the vendor route guide.
• Conduct root cause and corrective action as required.
• Inspect and audit project sites and warehouses for readiness and compliance to Apple requirements.
• Freight cost audit and payment; conduct benchmarking activities; develop cost estimates and forecasts.
• Develop operational plans to support pilots and project roll outs from a small group of stores to the entire fleet.
• Create project scope documents for logistics bidding processes; onboard new vendors for logistics.
• Develop and enforce standards, guidelines and policies for packaging, documentation and reporting.
• Develop and track key operational and financial metrics; conduct performance and cost analyses; perform carrier reviews.
