Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage order processing, shipping coordination, and supplier communications. You will handle import/export shipments, liaise with freight forwarders, and ensure timely delivery for customers across multiple Asia-Pacific markets.

The role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience and strong SAP knowledge, with hybrid work arrangements (office in Ang Mo Kio) and a salary range of SGD 3,300–3,500 per month.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of SAP is a must.

Responsibilities

• Raise purchase orders to suppliers and follow up on delivery schedules.
• Process customer sales orders, arrange shipment and invoicing.
• Update shipment status to consignees.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders on clearing, pickup and delivery of import/export shipments; source best freight rates.
• Coordinate with store for confirmed orders from customers.
• Handle country markets including China, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
