Job summary

watchTowr is seeking a Finance Manager to own the accounting engine of a fast-growing global SaaS business, managing monthly close, tax, and statutory compliance across Singapore, the UK, and the US. You’ll automate recurring finance work and drive audit readiness in a hands-on, execution-first role based in Singapore or the UK.

Qualifications

• Big 4 trained with professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CPA) and post-qualification experience.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS business with multi-entity and multi-currency operations.
• Hands-on experience with IFRS 15 revenue recognition and technical accounting papers.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close end-to-end across SG, UK and US entities (GL, AP, payroll, intercompany).
• Run AP, payroll and expenses through Xero, Tipalti, HiBob with zero out-of-system payments and manage bank reconciliations.
• Apply AI and automation to recurring finance work, designing solutions and implementing them.
• Own tax and compliance across SG GST, UK VAT, corporation tax, HMRC and US state tax.
• Oversee the annual audit end-to-end including timeline, statements, fieldwork, and auditors.
• Build and maintain process maps, internal controls and technical accounting papers for non-standard transactions.
