Job summary

Confidential Careers in Singapore seeks a Senior Finance Manager / Finance Manager to own full-set accounting, month-end close and tax for a fast-moving financial services group with operations across Singapore, Hong Kong, Cayman and Dubai. This is not a back-office bookkeeping role.

You will design end-to-end accounting for new products, map flows, manage GST and transfer pricing, prepare statutory statements and coordinate external audits.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in accounting and finance with hands-on tax exposure.
• Degree in Accountancy; professional qualification (CA/ACCA/CPA).
• Full-set accounts and month-end close experience across entities and currencies.
• Knowledge of GST, cross-border withholding tax and transfer pricing.
• Experience in financial institution, payments or Web3/digital-asset.
• Experience preparing statutory financial statements and external audits.
• Strong Excel and systems skills; familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own full-set accounts for group entities: GL, AP, AR, intercompany, fixed assets and accruals.
• Run monthly, quarterly and year-end close; prepare schedules, reconciliations and management accounts.
• Prepare variance and business analysis for management; explain movements.
• Design end-to-end accounting for new products and flows; map accounting treatment.
• Assess GST, withholding tax and transfer pricing implications; coordinate with tax advisors.
• Prepare statutory financial statements and manage external audits.
• Handle regulatory filings (MAS, ACRA, GST) accurately and on time.
• Analyze financial risk of products; support corporate transactions and ad hoc projects.
