Job summary

WSA in Singapore is seeking a senior procurement transformation leader to drive the Source-to-Pay rollout globally, strengthen procurement excellence, and shape future ways of working.

You will oversee governance, risk, and stakeholder alignment across regions, manage relationships with KPMG and Zycus, and standardize processes to balance compliance and efficiency.

Fluent English, 10–15 years in procurement or related fields, and willingness to travel about 11–20 days per year are required.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in procurement, transformation programs, consulting, or process optimization.
• Experience with Source-to-Pay solutions and digital procurement transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, negotiation, and governance skills.
• Familiarity with procurement compliance, financial concepts, digital tools, and change management.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel globally (11–20 days/year).

Responsibilities

• Lead the global rollout of the Source-to-Pay solution across regions, functions, and business units.
• Drive project governance, milestone delivery, risk management, and stakeholder alignment for procurement transformation initiatives.
• Manage relationships with implementation partner KPMG and software provider Zycus to ensure successful delivery and outcomes.
• Standardize and optimize procurement processes while balancing compliance, efficiency, and user experience.
• Ensure procurement policies, procedures, quality management documentation, and governance remain aligned with future-state processes.
• Lead communication, training, and adoption activities to embed new ways of working and realize transformation benefits.
