Job summary

Ministry of Finance (Singapore) invites applications for a Lead/Senior/Associate role in Digital Transformation to drive the GeBIZ refresh. You will conceptualise, plan and execute the implementation, coordinating with agencies across the whole-of-government to streamline procurement processes and enable a seamless Budget-Procure-to-Pay experience.

Responsibilities include change management, collaboration with technical partners, and data analytics to ensure governance of procurement practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement or implementing organisational systems.
• Ability to review policy, operations and technology feasibility.
• WOG perspective with strong written and verbal communication.
