Job summary

WSA is seeking a senior procurement leader to drive global Source-to-Pay transformation from Singapore with a global remit. You will shape governance, delivery milestones, and stakeholder alignment while partnering with KPMG and Zycus to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires 10–15 years in procurement or transformation programs, a business/IT degree, fluent English, and willingness to travel internationally for about 11–20 days per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field.
• 10–15 years in procurement, transformation programs or process optimization.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global rollout of the Source-to-Pay solution across regions and units.
• Drive governance, milestones, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage relationships with implementation partner KPMG and Zycus.
• Standardize and optimize procurement processes balancing compliance and user experience.
• Ensure policies and governance align with future-state processes.
• Lead communication, training and adoption for new ways of working.
