FOMO Pay PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Business Development Manager for the Global Remittance and Payment Solutions unit.

You will drive revenue growth by building a strong referral network, acquiring B2B clients across industries, and delivering solutions such as virtual IBAN, remittance, FX, and liquidity services in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will work closely with clients and partners to implement Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 offerings, stay ahead of regulatory changes, and expand the

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing or related discipline.
• Proven track record in managing accounts and driving revenues.
• Familiar with the Asia Pacific regulatory landscape or willing to learn.
• Entrepreneurial mindset for fast-paced environments.
• Analytical and independent with strong problem-solving.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin; other Asian languages a plus.
• Good commercial understanding of fintech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow FOMO Pay’s Remittance and Digital Payment Token business.
• Build industry connections, generate revenue streams, and secure new clients with good revenue potential.
• Conduct personalised meetings with potential clients to understand business needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Follow-up on leads to identify new revenue streams, partnerships and opportunities.
• Recognise triggers to engage clients who request to terminate/downgrade relationships.
• Support market analysis and implement strategies to capture new market opportunities.
• Hunt for potential clients, referrals, and partnerships via events and targeted outreach.
• Monitor and manage personal quarterly KPI targets.
