WOTRANSFER PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Growth Product Manager with a background in cross-border payments, remittance or fintech to drive user and transaction growth across our markets.

You will bridge Product, Growth and Business Development, identify market opportunities, improve the product and journey, and translate ideas into measurable growth in users, transactions and revenue. This hands-on role requires market insight, data-driven decision making and collaboration with

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree or above required.
5+ years in growth, product, or related roles.
3+ years in cross-border payments, remittance, fintech.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
Experience identifying market opportunities and growth channels.

Aufgaben

Research target markets and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
Understand end-to-end remittance journey and key drivers of conversion.
Identify and implement product and customer experience improvements.
Develop and execute market-specific growth strategies across acquisition and retention.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, BD, Customer Support and Compliance to execute growth initiatives.
Monitor metrics like registration, first transaction, conversion, revenue, and optimize strategies.
