Job summary

COLLIN'S MOVERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a relocation coordinator to manage local and international relocation projects, handle telephone and email enquiries, and liaise with clients and internal teams from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong English communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; you will prepare costing and documents, arrange shipments, and ensure accuracy and timely closure of files.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N/O Level or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in household goods relocation, freight forwarding, logistics or shipping is an added advantage.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to work independently.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle telephone and email enquiries (inbound & outbound).
• Coordinate local and international relocation activities from start to completion.
• Liaise with clients, Sales, Operations, Warehouse and overseas/destination agents.
• Prepare costing, quotations, job documents, invoices and related correspondence.
• Arrange inbound/outbound shipments and prepare relevant shipping documentation.
• Update job information and records in the company system.
• Monitor job/shipment progress and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Ensure proper documentation and closure of completed job files.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, FIDI and company procedures.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties related to relocation and shipping matters.
