Qualifications

Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction (Singapore or bar admission with in-house status).
7 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or law firm.
Experience engaging with regulators and regulatory authorities.
Ability to translate laws into compliance requirements for product, engineering, and business teams.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

Interpret laws and compliance obligations for Compliance, Business, Product, and Engineering teams.
Provide legal advice on compliance programs and policies to mitigate risk.
Manage discussions, negotiations, and disclosures with government bodies and regulators.
Collaborate with the global Content team and regulatory counterparts to support defensible compliance positions.
Work with stakeholders to deliver engagement and ensure regulatory readiness.
