Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert across key copyright domain areas, including GenAI content.
• Drive and improve escalation processes for complex, high-impact legal matters with minimal oversight.
• Partner across teams on policy outreach and feedback loops to identify friction points and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify operational gaps and implement high-impact solutions beyond standard procedures.
• Review and improve escalation processes and other high-impact legal matters with limited oversight.
