Airwallex in Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager of Global Quality Assurance to lead a distributed QA team across KYC, transaction monitoring, and merchant risk domains. You will design and embed a data-driven QA framework and drive remediation through collaboration with Compliance, Risk, Product and Operations in a fast-growing fintech environment.

The role requires 8+ years in financial services or fintech, strong AML/KYC knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management.

Formación

• 8+ years in financial services, fintech or consulting with compliance/risk focus.
• Strong AML/CTF knowledge and risk controls.
• Experience in QA/auditing or compliance testing.
• Fluent English; Mandarin a plus.
• SQL/Looker data skills a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a global QA team across domains like KYC and Transaction Monitoring.
• Design and maintain QA framework covering compliance, risk controls, and customer support.
• Oversee monthly QA testing with high-quality deliverables and remediation tracking.
• Report QA outcomes to stakeholders and drive closure of actions.
• Support global projects for operations excellence with data analytics.
