Barnes Aerospace Singapore seeks a Quality Manager to own and advance the global Quality Management System (QMS) across multiple sites. You will lead CAPA, document control, and change management while partnering with Operations, IT, and Engineering to deploy standardized processes.

Responsibilities include defining QMS architecture, deploying international standards (AS9100/AS9110), and driving continuous improvement with measurable quality metrics. Domestic and international travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality or related technical discipline.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, harmonization, deployment and continuous improvement of the Barnes Aerospace Quality Management System across global sites.
• Own enterprise Quality processes, standards, procedures, tools and performance measures (CAPA, doc control, nonconformance, change management).
• Translate customer, regulatory and business requirements into practical QMS processes for AS9100/AS9110, AS13100 and other aviation requirements.
• Define and maintain global QMS architecture, procedures, maps, roles and minimum operating standards with site flexibility.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, IT and site Quality teams to deploy Quality-process requirements within ERP, MES, QMS and related tools.
• Establish and monitor enterprise Quality metrics, trends and risk indicators; provide analysis and leadership input.
• Lead cross-site deployment, change management, training support and adoption activities; verify effectiveness.
• Identify systemic issues and drive cross-site learning and continuous improvement.
