Job summary

JOINTHIRE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a QA/QMS Manager to lead the quality system, ensure ISO 9001, AS9100 and ISO13485 compliance, and drive CAPA and continuous improvement across manufacturing.

You will manage QMS documentation, coordinate audits with internal teams, customers and certification bodies, and collaborate with Production, Engineering and QC to resolve issues and raise overall Quality Department efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of QA / QMS experience in manufacturing or precision engineering.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001; AS9100 and ISO 13485 preferred.
• Experience in audits, CAPA, RCA and 8D.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's QMS, procedures and quality documentation.
• Focusing on the quality system, compliance and prevention of quality issues.
• Coordinate internal, customer and certification audits.
• Monitor quality performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Work with Production, Engineering and QC to resolve quality issues.
• Support customer and supplier quality requirements.
• Drive improvements to reduce rejection, rework, scrap and customer complaints.
