Job summary

Barnes Aerospace in Singapore is seeking a strategic Regional Quality Leader to own enterprise QMS processes and drive cross-site improvements. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, IT, and site Quality teams to ensure compliance with AS9100/AS9110 and customer requirements while advancing process excellence across the Asia/Europe regions.

The role emphasizes change management, performance metrics, and global harmonization of quality practices, with 15–25% travel to support regional

Qualifications

Design, deploy, or improve QMS processes across multiple sites.
Strong AS9100/AS9110 knowledge and aviation regs.
Translate requirements into ERP/MES/QMS workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead design, harmonization, deployment, and improvement of the Barnes Quality Management System across global sites.
Own enterprise Quality processes and performance measures (CAPA, document control, nonconformance, change management).
Translate customer/regulatory requirements into scalable QMS processes aligned to AS9100/AS9110 and relevant aviation standards.
Define global QMS architecture, procedures, maps, roles, and minimum operating standards.
Collaborate with IT, Operations, Engineering, and site Quality teams to deploy Quality-process requirements in ERP/MES/QMS.
