Job summary

Barnes Aerospace Singapore is seeking a Quality Manager to own global QMS processes, drive process excellence, and partner with regional leaders to ensure compliance and continuous improvement across multiple sites.

The role requires leading enterprise-level quality initiatives, translating requirements into scalable QMS workflows, and coordinating with Operations, IT, and Engineering while traveling 15–25% of the time.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive quality, manufacturing, or operational-excellence experience.
• Experience deploying QMS across multiple sites and functions.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100/AS9110 and aviation regulations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional change and communicate across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of the Barnes Aerospace QMS across global sites.
• Own enterprise quality processes, standards, and performance measures.
• Translate requirements into scalable QMS processes aligned with AS9100/AS9110.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, IT to deploy quality processes in ERP/MES/QMS.
• Monitor enterprise quality metrics and provide leadership with analysis.
• Lead cross-site change, training, and adoption activities.
• Support regulatory activities and coordination with Asia/Europe operations.
• Travel 15–25% as required.
