Job summary

Neste Singapore PTE. LTD. seeks a Project Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement for flagship projects in a global setting. You will drive strategy, contracting, and governance while interfacing with Project Managers and cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment.

You will manage supplier sourcing, RFQs, and framework agreements, ensuring cost-effective, timely project deliveries and strong collaboration across regions and functions.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of solid experience in industrial project procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain project management.
• Solid knowledge of procurement workflows, supplier management and contracting.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute comprehensive procurement and contracting strategies for projects.
• Establish procurement workflows, milestone schedules, and resource plans.
• Direct, control and mentor operational purchasing and expediting resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers in a global matrix environment.
