Job summary

Neste is seeking a Project Procurement Manager in Singapore to lead procurement and contracting strategies for major projects. You will establish workflows, milestone schedules, and resource plans to ensure cost-effective, timely deliveries across global operations.

You will work with Project Managers and cross-functional teams, handling RFQs, bidder lists, and supplier evaluations, while guiding a matrix of stakeholders to successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial project procurement, strategic sourcing or supply chain PM.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Leadership & Strategy: define and execute procurement strategies for projects.
• Commercial Governance & Sourcing Execution: manage RFQs, evaluate proposals, and select suppliers.
• Resource Steering & Matrix Leadership: mentor purchasing and expediting resources across projects.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work with cross-functional teams, suppliers and project teams.
