Job summary

Neste is seeking a Project Procurement Manager in Singapore to lead procurement for multi-site projects. You will drive end-to-end sourcing, governance, and supplier management while coordinating with Project Managers and cross-functional teams in a global matrix environment.

The role requires a master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of industrial project procurement experience, with a strong emphasis on safety and results delivery.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of solid experience in industrial project procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain project management.
• Strong procurement leadership and governance capabilities in global matrix environments.
• Safety-minded with a responsible attitude and ability to work across multiple functions.
• Possibility of health examination and/or security clearance depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute procurement and contracting strategies for projects.
• Establish procurement workflows, milestones, and resource plans for timely deliveries.
• Prepare framework agreements and manage RFQs, evaluate proposals, and advise on supplier selection.
• Direct and mentor purchasing and expediting resources for project portfolios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, suppliers, and project teams.
