Job summary

ABB Singapore is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful management and execution of projects by coordinating activities and delivering work packages under the guidance of Project Managers. You will apply planning techniques to support ongoing projects and ensure effective coordination across activities.

You will coordinate customer shipments and logistics, working with customers, suppliers, and providers to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in project administration, project and logistics coordination or related support roles.
• Experience documenting, reporting, and communicating with multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced SAP, Excel, SharePoint and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the successful management and execution of projects by coordinating activities and delivering work packages under Project Managers.
• Coordinate customer shipments and logistics with clients, suppliers, and providers to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor shipment and project activities, address issues or delays, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
