Job summary

You will help manage progress claims, update bills of quantities, and ensure timely delivery of samples and documentation. Diploma holders with 1–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or professional certification required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience requested.

Responsibilities

• Assist project team in handling tenders and quotations.
• Prepare ironmongery schedules for assigned projects.
• Coordinate handover of master keys to users on site.
• Handle progress claims and ensure all documentation is in order.
• Update bills of quantities with project scheduling and sample boards as needed.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
