Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized university.
• 5–8 years in higher education with supervisory experience in student mobility or academic administration.
• Proven leadership in business process improvements and operational excellence.
• Strong student-centric orientation and ability to engage diverse student groups.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare analytical reports on global programmes to support management decisions.
• Lead partnerships development and mobility opportunities for students.
• Oversee SEP and other global learning programmes ensuring objectives and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish academic partnerships.
• Mentor staff, support Undergraduate Studies Office initiatives, and drive internationalisation.
• Oversee course mapping, credit transfers, and related academic processes for mobility.
• Manage course restriction lists and collaborate with registrar and departments.
• Drive IT and operational efficiency projects within undergraduate processes.
