Collins Aerospace is seeking a production planning professional to lead scheduling, execution, and material forecasting for aerospace manufacturing in Singapore. You will coordinate with Operations, Materials, Engineering, and Procurement to ensure readiness and on-time delivery.

You will develop schedules, manage MRP-driven plans, and support NPI and site expansion initiatives while maintaining SAP master data and leveraging digital manufacturing systems.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• ERP/MRP systems knowledge such as SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

• Lead production planning, scheduling, and execution to support work transfer, FAI, and ramp-up programs.
• Review, release, and manage production orders, shop papers, job instructions and engineering documentation.
• Coordinate with Operations, Materials, Engineering, Supply Chain and Procurement to ensure readiness.
• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet delivery commitments while balancing capacity and inventory.
• Generate material forecasts and planned orders to support MRP and inventory optimization.
• Drive capacity planning, hours planning, AOP, LE, and LRP activities.
• Support NPI, work transfer, and site transition programs with planning and execution management.
• Maintain SAP planning master data including lead times, lot sizes, safety stock, yield, and scrap factors.
• Support deployment and continuous improvement of SAP, APS, MES, and digital manufacturing systems.
• Analyze demand, supply, inventory, and capacity trends to identify risks and drive corrective actions.
• Serve as planning focal point for cross-functional stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
