Job summary

KLA is seeking a Production Planner for its Singapore site. You will plan production, release work orders, and coordinate with purchasing and logistics to ensure on-time delivery of materials and finished goods.

You will monitor shortages, support spares planning, and drive efficiency across the materials flow. The role requires a technical degree and at least 2 years in manufacturing or production planning, with SAP PP experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in technical field or business/supply chain.
• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing/production planning.
• Knowledge of work order management and bill of materials.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP PP module, and supply chain concepts.
• Experience in low volume high mix production is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; team player; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan production and release work orders to meet delivery dates.
• Coordinate with purchasing and logistics for on-time material receipt and shipping.
• Monitor material shortages and expedite to support production plan.
• Manage spares planning and timely delivery to distribution centres.
• Improve processes and KPIs related to production planning and materials flow.
• Minimize excess and obsolescence inventory and support continuous improvement.
