Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4–7 years in Product Marketing or Category Management.
• Experience leading global product launches across functions.
• Strong marketing storytelling with attention to detail.
• Critical thinking and strong numerical analysis for data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; stakeholder collaboration at all levels.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Go-to-Market (GTM) & Launch Leadership: lead end-to-end global launches.
• Lifecycle & Roadmap Management: own product lifecycle, pricing, positioning, and roadmap input.
• Category Expertise & Performance Tracking: analyze product performance across timelines, supply chains, sales, and ROI.
• Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis: monitor sales, market shifts, and consumer trends to identify opportunities.
