Job summary

Secretlab is seeking an energetic Marketing Associate to join the Global Integrated Marketing team in Singapore. You will support global product launches, campaigns, events, and cross-functional marketing operations to drive growth and brand impact.

You should have a diploma and 1–3 years of project management experience in marketing, be highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication within the team and with external partners.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification required.
• 1–3 years of project management experience in marketing.
• Must be meticulous, well-organised and able to manage tasks and timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player who can work independently and adapt to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of global product launches, marketing & sales campaigns, events, marketing & sales operations projects, and other cross-functional initiatives.
• Drive operational management of marketing and sales programmes and external partnerships.
• Establish collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end alignment and successful execution.
• Support planning, proposing and driving marketing and sales opportunities aligned with company strategy.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement systems/ processes as needed.
• Support Product Owners on ad-hoc projects or tasks that align with business objectives.
