Job summary

Secretlab, a leading international gaming chair brand, is seeking an Associate for the Global Integrated Marketing team in Singapore. You will support global product launches, marketing campaigns, events, and operations to drive growth and align with business strategy.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and help uncover opportunities for process improvements while supporting Product Owners on ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma qualification.
• 1–3 years of project management experience in marketing roles.
• Meticulous, well-organised, and able to manage tasks and timelines.
• Self-motivated, high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Team player with excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently.
• Keen learner; open to feedback and growth.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Google Workspace.
• Comfortable with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the planning and execution of global product launches, marketing & sales campaigns, events, marketing & sales operations projects, and other cross-functional initiatives.
• Drive operational management of marketing and sales programmes and external partnerships.
• Establish collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure end-to-end alignment, smooth execution and overall project success.
• Support in planning, proposing and driving marketing and sales opportunities that align with the company’s strategy and business objectives.
• Support in identifying opportunities for process improvement across the team and implementing systems/ processes as needed.
• Support Product Owners on other ad-hoc projects or tasks that align with business objectives.
