Global Procurement Manager – China suppliers focus

We are an established international organisation seeking a commercial minded procurement manager to manage our international furniture and construction materials purchasing.

This is a high-impact commercial role for someone who knows how to source and manage a competitive supply base, lead competitive tenders, uncover value opportunities and secure strong commercial outcomes. You will take ownership of procurement performance, work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to improve cost, quality, and speed. The right candidate must have excellent negotiation, commercial and multiple senior stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with and influence people from different countries and cultures at all levels. You will also be a very hands-on person, with strong with MS Excel practical skills, have strong English and Mandarin language capability and at least few years of experience working with multiple China vendors managing China sourcing to international markets.

This is an Individual contributor role with a potential to manage a small internal team in future. This person will manage supplier allocated team members.
