Job summary

Michael Page International partners with a leading global technology manufacturing organisation to drive procurement governance and digital transformation. You will lead category management, supplier performance, and cost-optimisation initiatives across a multinational footprint.

The role requires 8+ years in procurement with at least 3 years in leadership, and strong stakeholder management to influence senior executives. A qualified procurement professional with CIPS/CPSM is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, business, finance or related discipline.
• 8+ years' experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or procurement excellence.
• Minimum 3 years in leadership roles with transformation or governance experience.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, supplier management, and contract management best practices.
• Professional procurement qualifications such as CIPS or CPSM are advantageous.
• Experience developing procurement policies, frameworks, and management reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain procurement governance frameworks, policies, standards, and compliance mechanisms.
• Drive category management best practices, sourcing methodologies, negotiation excellence, and capability development.
• Design and enhance supplier relationship management frameworks and performance monitoring.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Engineering, Operations and Quality to maximise value.
• Lead procurement cost improvement programmes, value tracking, and total cost optimisation.
• Strengthen contract governance, supplier risk management, compliance monitoring and audit readiness.
• Drive digital procurement transformation through analytics, automation and data-driven decisions.
