Job summary

You will partner with executive stakeholders in operations, engineering, finance, and manufacturing to drive cost reduction, risk management, and supply continuity while monitoring market trends and technologies for new sourcing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline (MBA advantageous).
• Minimally 10 years in procurement, sourcing, or category management within semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or advanced manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing procurement or category management teams.
• Strong track record of strategic sourcing and category management programmes.
• Experience driving cost reduction, supplier development, and total cost ownership initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating high-value contracts and supplier agreements.
• Demonstrated experience managing supplier risk, performance, and business continuity strategies.
