Job summary

HSBC BANK (SINGAPORE) LIMITED seeks a Premier Banking Consultant to manage an offshore Premier client portfolio, delivering needs-based banking and wealth solutions across deposits, investments and insurance. You will work with wealth management teams to structure holistic solutions and push for sustainable growth through disciplined pipeline management.

In this role you will conduct client portfolio reviews, update KYC, and promote a Digital First approach while maintaining high-quality client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in wealth/banking services.
• Completion and passing of CFMAS examinations: RES1B/RES5/CM-EIP/CM-SIP/M8/M8A/M9/M9A/CHI/BCP/PGI.
• Strong knowledge of Premier Banking, financial markets and wealth products.
• Ability to manage a client portfolio across multiple channels and deliver opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently.
• Strong command of Mandarin to engage Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and deepen relationships with an assigned portfolio of offshore Premier customers.
• Proactively engage clients to understand financial goals and deliver deposits, investments and insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management teams to structure holistic solutions and support end-to-end execution.
• Drive portfolio growth through disciplined pipeline management to increase relationship balances and AUM.
• Execute a consistent client contact strategy with timely follow-ups and end-to-end ownership of outcomes.
• Champion a Digital First approach, encouraging remote and digital channel adoption while maintaining engagement.
• Conduct portfolio reviews and KYC updates in line with Offshore Sales Processes and risk requirements.
