Job summary

Garena’s Shared Game Services (SGS) invites a product manager to shape core payment and revenue features for global players. You will translate business needs into product strategy, write clear specifications, and drive end-to-end delivery for Mshop and in-game monetization.

You will collaborate with engineering, business, and publishing teams to optimize user experience, reduce payment friction, and ensure reliable operations during live events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience driving product shaping from discovery to launch with business impact.
• Strong product execution fundamentals: PRD writing, requirements clarification, prioritization, delivery tracking, risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, operations-heavy environments with incident coordination.
• Strong problem-solving and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and engineering stakeholders to translate business requirements into product strategy and clear specifications; lead end-to-end design and delivery of key payment capabilities in Mshop and in-game revenue features.
• Drive cross-team alignment to address dependencies, resolve issues, and incorporate feedback from partner teams.
• Own routine SGS PM operations, including supporting projects at different publishing stages, monitoring and troubleshooting alerts, supporting major game events, and managing incident/emergency response to ensure service stability.
