Job summary

NetEase Games is seeking a product-focused professional to manage cross-border payment requirements and design. You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle from requirements to launch, while coordinating across teams to integrate new payment methods and providers for new business launches.

The role emphasizes monitoring payment performance, solving customer issues, and driving improvements across countries and payment methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in payment products, transaction platforms, or digital products.
• Proven ability to independently manage the full product lifecycle, from requirements to launch.
• Familiar with payment, order, refund, payout, settlement, or account-related processes.
• Strong analytical, project execution, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Good understanding of payment operations and payment performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-border payment requirements, product solution design, and PRD documentation.
• Drive the full product lifecycle from requirements and solution design through testing, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Lead the integration of new payment methods and payment providers, and support payment solutions for new business launches.
• Monitor payment success rates, provider stability, and customer issues, and drive continuous improvements.
• Analyze payment performance across countries, issuing banks, and payment methods.
