Job summary

Garena Online Private Limited is launching the Sea Global MAP Garena track, a 2-year rotational program designed to develop future leaders in technology-driven gaming. You will rotate across core business areas, including Garena and Shopee & Monee, with mentorship from C-suite and senior executives.

The program emphasizes exposure to global markets, hands-on project work, and opportunities to lead high-impact initiatives in gaming, entertainment, and digital services.

Qualifications

• At least a recognised Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution; a master’s degree is advantageous but not required.
• 0 to 2 years of full-time working experience (as of 31st October 2026).
• Familiar with games and player behaviour through personal gameplay or other relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and turning ideas into practical, usable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 2-year rotational program with exposure to core business tracks.
• Gain global perspectives through local and overseas rotations.
• Steer projects across e-commerce, digital financial services and digital entertainment.
• Receive mentorship from senior executives and leaders during rotations.
• Potential rotations include Game Design, Product Management, AI, Operations, Marketing and Esports.
