Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Global Performance Media Manager to lead paid search, social and affiliates across global markets. You will translate global strategy into market-ready plans, drive ROAS and revenue, and manage agency partnerships including Omnicom, Google and Adthena.

You will coordinate with See/Think teams for full-funnel alignment, own performance reporting, and coach markets to raise their game with data-driven insights. English fluency and a fast-paced, hands-on approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience in paid media (search, social, programmatic).
• Proven experience managing agencies in a performance-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and strategic capabilities.
• Able to use data to drive improvements and surface insights.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own global Paid Search performance - strategy, execution standards, optimisation and reporting.
• Support Paid Social and Affiliates activity, aligning to global standards.
