Job summary

Linklaters in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Payroll Administrator to manage monthly payroll for around 250 employees including partners, with cross-border remuneration matters in London and the US. You will handle CPF, payroll tax reporting, and statutory filings, ensuring accuracy, compliance and confidentiality in a high-visibility role.

You will collaborate with HR and Finance, verify data in SAP and payroll systems, coordinate with pension providers and external tax agents, and support

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing and CPF/pension administration in a multinational setting.
• Exposure to cross-border remuneration and tax matters preferred.
• SAP experience desirable; knowledge of EasyPay advantageous.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly payroll for Singapore and other offices as applicable.
• Ensure accurate payroll calculations and timely payments.
• Maintain HR records in SAP and payroll systems and keep them synchronized.
• Coordinate partner distributions with London Partnership Team.
• Handle CPF, IR8A/IR21 filings and statutory reporting.
• Support accounts payable for payroll-related transactions and bank reconciliations.
