Job summary

Temasek International Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Payroll professional to join the Singapore payroll team and support International Offices. You will handle payroll processing for SG and IOs, ensure compliance with tax and CPF regulations, and collaborate with external vendors.

Key duties include liaising with vendors, preparing submissions and GL postings, and participating in annual payroll audits. A strong track record in payroll and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in payroll processing.
• Must have experience in SG payroll processing.
• Experience in IO payroll processing in Belgium, UK, USA, or France preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process SG payroll via a single global vendor.
• Review leavers’ payment and leave encashment.
• Ensure compliance to employment tax & CPF/social security regulations.
• Prepare ad-hoc GL postings outside payroll cycles.
• Prepare submissions for government paid leave annually.
• Collate and provide payroll information to external vendors for IO payroll.
