Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or related major.
• Experience with payroll processing in a multinational setting.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly payroll for the office and assigned entities.
• Validate payroll data and ensure timely, accurate payments.
• Coordinate CPF/pension, tax filings, and statutory reporting.
• Maintain SAP HR/payroll data accuracy and reconciliation with HR.
• Process payroll-related accounts payable and vendor payments.
• Support cross-border payroll matters and liaise with overseas offices.
• Prepare month-end/year-end journals and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with management reporting and ad hoc financial analysis.
