Job summary

ST Engineering's eServ division in Singapore invites applications for an accounting-focused role within our BPO operations. You will assess, compute and approve overseas allowances and claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies, while supporting timely payments.

Ideal candidates bring a accounting background (Diploma or Degree) and 1 year of experience, with strong interpersonal, meticulousness, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in accounting.
• 1 year working experience.
• Entry level candidates may also apply.
• Good inter-personal and communication skills
• Meticulous with an eye for details
• Able to work well both in a team and independently

Responsibilities

• Assess, compute and approve payment of overseas allowances and claims in system promptly and accurately.
• Monitor outstanding debts arising from overpayment of allowances/claims and manage debt recovery.
• Conduct sampling checks on payment cases and rectify payment errors.
• Handle customer's queries on policies, procedures and systems.
• Prepare management reports for review by Supervisor/Officer in Charge.
• Safekeeping financial documents and safeguard financial information.
