Job summary

Coins.ph in Singapore is seeking a Head of Global Payments to own strategy, growth, and execution across the international payments portfolio. You will lead cross-functional teams across Product, Operations, Data Analytics, and Technology to drive performance and scale solutions.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in payments, fintech, banking, remittance, or digital assets.
Proven experience leading a business unit or payments organization with full ownership.
Strong understanding of cross-border payments and payment infrastructure.
Experience managing Product, Operations, Analytics, and Technology teams.
Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own the overall strategy, growth, and execution of the global payments business.
Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Operations, Data Analytics, and Technology.
Define priorities, product roadmap, operating models, and growth initiatives.
Build and scale cross-border payment solutions including remittance and fiat on/off ramp.
Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Risk, and partners to support market expansion.
Oversee payment operations, settlement, liquidity management, and service performance.
Establish KPIs, governance frameworks, and performance management across the organization.
