is seeking an experienced Global Payments Product Manager / Product Operations Manager to drive the development, implementation, and optimization of payment products and solutions with a focus on the Chinese market. You will manage end-to-end product lifecycles, analyze market dynamics, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver scalable payment solutions across markets.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the payments industry, with exposure to FinTech, banking, or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of payment products, payment business models, and related operational processes.
• Excellent cross-functional communication, project management, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product solutions.
• Experience serving customers in the Chinese market or supporting Chinese enterprises expanding overseas.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, launch, and optimization.
• Analyze customer needs, market dynamics, and payment ecosystems across markets to develop scalable solutions.
• Work with customers and internal teams to translate requirements into clear product specifications.
• Coordinate with technology, operations, and other cross-functional teams to drive design, development, and delivery.
• Resolve complex issues related to product usage, transactions, and payment operations with root-cause analysis.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
• Monitor industry developments to identify opportunities to enhance product capabilities and growth.
