is seeking an experienced Global Payments Product Manager / Product Operations Manager to drive the development, implementation, and optimization of payment products and solutions with a focus on the Chinese market. You will manage end-to-end product lifecycles, analyze market dynamics, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver scalable payment solutions across markets.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the payments industry, with exposure to FinTech, banking, or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of payment products, payment business models, and related operational processes.
• Excellent cross-functional communication, project management, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product solutions.
• Experience serving customers in the Chinese market or supporting Chinese enterprises expanding overseas.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, launch, and optimization.
• Analyze customer needs, market dynamics, and payment ecosystems across markets to develop scalable solutions.

The role requires a strong understanding of the payments industry, customer business needs, and payment ecosystems across different markets, with a focus on the Chinese market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including business requirements analysis, product design, implementation, launch, performance monitoring, and continuous optimization.
• Analyze customer needs, market dynamics, payment ecosystems, and business scenarios across different markets to develop practical and scalable payment solutions.
• Work closely with customers and internal commercial teams to identify business challenges and translate requirements into clear, actionable product specifications.
• Coordinate with technology, operations, and other cross-functional teams to drive solution design, development, implementation, and delivery.
• Resolve complex issues related to product usage, transaction processing, and payment operations by coordinating root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Manage project timelines, cross-functional dependencies, and risks to ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.
• Monitor industry developments and identify opportunities to improve product capabilities and support business growth.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the payments industry, with experience in FinTech, banking, internet companies, consulting, implementation management, product management, or product operations.
• Strong knowledge of payment products, payment business models, and related operational processes.
• Strong business analysis, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product solutions.
• Excellent cross-functional communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced international business environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience serving customers in the Chinese market or supporting Chinese enterprises expanding overseas.
• Experience working with banks, payment service providers, or FinTech clients.
• Experience in API implementation and integration.
