Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Private Limited seeks a high-energy financial services professional to lead business development and program management for financing programs in Asia. This role collaborates with partners and internal teams to deliver executive-level strategic initiatives and expand the program globally.

You will build relationships with financing partners, support sales enablement, and oversee program execution across multiple countries, with ~20% travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business development and program execution across multiple countries.
• Understanding of global financing practices and regulatory environments.
• Proven track record structuring financing program agreements with banks and FinTechs.
• Experience with alternative credit scoring algorithms and payment methods.
• Strong financial and analytical skills are essential.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally at least 20%.
• Fluent in Thai or Japanese is a plus due to partner markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily proactive discussions with financing partners and build infrastructure aligned to GTM strategy.
• Influence partners to engage, develop, implement and run financing programs.
• Ensure financing capabilities across 30 countries, delivering excellent customer service.
• Manage relationships with financing partners and cross-functional teams.
• Identify challenges faced by sales teams to improve penetration.
• Commission partner relationships and ensure execution on financing programs.
