Job summary

Mitrade is seeking a Payments Operations professional to support the Payment Director in day-to-day activities, manage payment projects, and collaborate with Product, Technology, Compliance, and other teams across markets. The role focuses on optimizing payment channels, improving user experience, and driving data-driven improvements.

Candidates should have 3-5 years in payments, knowledge of PSPs, acquiring, transfers, cards, wallets, and local methods, plus strong PM skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of payment related experience
• Strong understanding of payment ecosystems including PSPs, acquiring, bank transfers, cards, wallets and local methods
• Experience managing payment providers and handling operational
• Experience working with Product and Technology teams on payment integrations or payment-related projects
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Able to operate independently, prioritize effectively and make sound decisions with limited supervision
• Passion for using data to drive informed decisions and improve processes
• Good command of English and Chinese (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support the Payment Director in day-to-day activities and own assigned payment projects, providers and priorities.
• Assist and coordinate daily payment operations, including channel performance, operational issues, and escalations across markets.
• Support business development activities: follow up with providers, coordinate requirements, support commercial discussions, and onboarding.
• Work with Product and Technology on new payment integrations, testing, implementation and launch.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Finance, Customer Support and other teams to resolve payment-related issues and ensure requirements are followed.
• Monitor and analyze payment performance metrics; identify issues and drive improvements in success rates, efficiency, and user experience.
• Help build and maintain a central documentation repository of all payment processes and best practices.
• Support payment data and dashboard development by defining metrics and proposing data-driven improvements
