Mastercard seeks a Director, Payments Strategy & Execution to lead strategy and analysis for market-wide initiatives in the Asia Pacific region. Qualifications

• Experience in top-tier management consulting, ideally in payments or retail banking.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience engaging with senior leadership (C-Suite regional/functional heads) and influencing decisions.
• MBA or relevant graduate degree is required.
• Strong analytics, financial modelling capabilities (Excel) and ability to structure content into compelling narratives (PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and analysis for market-wide initiatives and programs at the Asia Pacific level.
• Own end-to-end execution and successful launch of strategic programs and initiatives.
• Develop documentation for strategic internal client engagements across multiple topics, countries and products.
• Socialize proposals with key stakeholders, iterate structure, and secure approvals.
• Partner with product, legal, finance, and account managers to design thematic product bundles for markets.
