KAIROS GLOBAL SEARCH PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned Manager, Payment Policy to oversee governance of partnerships and ensure compliance with Visa and Mastercard schemes.

You will bridge business innovation and regulatory requirements, crafting robust, executable rules that support growth while protecting the platform. You will design new policies, lead due diligence, training sessions, and industry research; advise cross-functional teams; and drive scalable, compliant payment solutions

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in the payment industry.
• Experience with Visa or Mastercard (or similar schemes) required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sharp understanding of policy language implications.

Responsabilités

• Rulebook governance: manage due diligence, settlement processes, fraud/dispute handling.
• Strategic advisory: assess business requests and balance growth with risk.
• New policy design: research and publish policies aligning with industry regulations.
• Internal training: design and deliver rules consultations for internal stakeholders.
• Industry research: analyze global and local payment schemes and regulations.
